Questions about applying
Find answers to common questions about our application process and what to prepare.
What documents do I need to apply?
Have ready your most recent pay stubs, last two years of tax returns, bank statements from the last two months, and your ID. If you are self-employed, bring profit and loss statements and a balance sheet. If you are applying to refinance, bring your current mortgage statement. You can upload these documents during the application or provide them later. Our loan officer will tell you if anything else is needed.
How long does the application process take?
The application itself takes about 15 minutes. After you submit, we review it within one business day and contact you. From application to closing typically takes 30 to 45 days, depending on how quickly you provide requested documents and how long the appraisal takes.
